Jordan to acquire TOW anti-tank missiles
The Jordanian Defence Ministry has signed a contract with US Defence Department to acquire the tube-launched, optically-tracked, wireless-guided weapon system manufactured by Raytheon.

AMMAN, JORDAN (BNS): Jordan's Defence Ministry has signed a contract with the US Defence Department to acquire the TOW anti-tank missiles.
TOW is a tube-launched, optically-tracked, wireless-guided weapon system manufactured by Raytheon.
Delivery of the missiles will begin this year, Raytheon said on May 10.
It did not disclose the contract amount or the number of missiles to be procured.
The contract was signed during the SOFEX 2016 defence exhibition held in Amman, Jordan.
