GoC, White Knight corps reviews op preparedness of troops in J&K's Rajouri
The General Officer Commanding (GOC) of the Jammu-based White Knight Corps, Lt Gen P K Mishra, visited the Romeo Force in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district on Thursday to review the operational preparedness and the overall security grid.
According to the Indian Army, the GOC, along with the GOC, Counter Insurgency Force (Romeo), visited the general area of Potha and assessed the prevailing security situation.
"He was briefed on the current security scenario, ongoing counter-terrorism operations and the synergised coordination with other security agencies to maintain a robust and responsive grid," the Army said in a post on X.
The Army emphasised that operational excellence, synergy and unrelenting vigilance remain the bedrock of a strong security framework in the region.
