HAL showcases indigenous aerial platforms at Aero India 2015
The indigenously-built LCA Tejas and a series of rotorcraft, including the Light Combat Helicopter, are enthralling visitors with their flying and static display at the 10th biennial air show.

BENGALURU (BNS): Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL), one of Asia's leading aerospace firms, is showcasing a wide range of indigenous aircraft both in flying and static display at the ongoing 10th edition of Aero India 2015 at Yelahanka, Bengaluru.
While the indigenous Tejas light combat aircraft (LCA) and Light Combat Helicopter (LCH) are mesmerising onlookers with multiple flight displays everyday, the Mk-III & Mk-IV variants of the 'Rudra' ALH-WSI (Advanced Light Helicopter-Weapon Systems Integrated) platforms are available for static display.
This year, HAL is exhibiting a varied range of products, starting from the licence-built Su-30MKI multi-role strike fighter and Hawk AJT to the indigenous Tejas, and naval LCA, as also the LCH TD-3 and Light Utility Helicopter (LUH).
HAL is also highlighting its technical competence built over the years. The display is themed around "Evolution of HAL as a centre of excellence in Aviation R&D and Technology over 75 years of its existence."
The state-owned aerospace firm is also projecting itself as the company actively pursuing development and production of UAVs through collaborations with defence laboratories, academia, and its own design.
