BRAHMOS @ Aero India 2021

The BRAHMOS – billed as the world's fastest supersonic cruise missile – will feature at the mega event, Aero India 2021, promising to dazzle the crowd once again.

The biennial event, pegged to be Asia's premier air show, will provide a dedicated platform to aerospace and aviation sector bigwigs to showcase their products and technological know-how and enthral visitors both from within the country and abroad.

The premier trade show will also provide business opportunities across all industries by directly connecting the buyers with the sellers, an unmatched platform for the MSMEs, starts ups to showcase solutions and capabilities to the rest of the global aerospace and defence industry players.

India with a rapidly growing economy, defence preparedness challenges and opening up of defence production to private sector, have given a major fillip to the defence industry. It has become a hub centre for defence business in the Asia region.

Aero India 2021 exhibition will enable an ‘Atma Nirbhar Bharat’ and the nation’s ‘Make in India’ initiatives.

The event organised by the Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India, will be held from February 3 to 5, 2021 at the Air Force Base, Yelahanka, Bengaluru.

For the 13th edition, the government has prepared a Standard Operating Procedure or preventive measures to be taken while holding trade exhibitions in view of Covid-19.

Aero India 2019 witnessed participation by a significant number of aircraft manufacturers, fighter jet makers, aviation technology developers and defence equipment companies from round the globe. The event also witnessed signing of significant number of MoUs.
