IAF Chief at BrahMos pavilion with CEO & MD, BrahMos

BENGALURU (BNS): Air Chief Marshal Rakesh Kumar Singh Bhadauria, Chief of Air Staff, Indian Air Force visited the BrahMos pavilion on the 3rd day of Aero India 2021.

During his visit to the BrahMos pavilion the Air Chief was welcomed by Dr. Sudhir Kumar Mishra, Distinguished Scientist & Director General (BrahMos), DRDO & CEO and MD BrahMos Aerospace. He was briefed by Dr. Sudhir Kumar Mishra about the BRAHMOS Land Mobile Complex, Naval Fleet Platform, and the successful launches of BRAHMOS air-version.

BrahMos is exhibiting various launch platforms for the universal missile system in the 13th edition of the biennial Aero India 2021. These include the air-launched version, naval version and land attack version of BRAHMOS.

BRAHMOS supersonic cruise missile is a precision strike weapon already inducted by the Indian Army, Navy & Air Force. It can be launched from submarines, ships, aircraft and land. The supersonic cruise missile has a flight range of 290 km with a speed of 2.8 Mach.
