VIP visit at BrahMos pavilion at DefExpo

Shri Atul D Rane, DG (BrahMos), DRDO & CEO & MD of BrahMos Aerospace briefed Smt. Rasika Chaube, Financial Advisor (Defence Services) about the progress made in the BRAHMOS weapon system during the inaugural day of DefExpo 2022 in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

NEW DELHI (BNS): Shri Atul D Rane, DG (BrahMos), DRDO & CEO & MD of BrahMos Aerospace interacting with Smt. Rasika Chaube, Financial Advisor (Defence Services) and briefing her about the progress being made in the BRAHMOS weapon system during the inaugural day of DefExpo 2022.

BrahMosAerospace is showcasing the BRAHMOS missile at the 12th edition of biennial DefExpo 2022, being organised at Gandhinagar, Gujarat from 18 to 22 October 2022.

The BRAHMOS supersonic cruise missile is capable of hitting sea and land based targets beyond radar horizons. BrahMos Aerospace enjoys a unique place in the world of defence.

As many as 451 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and agreements worth Rs 1.53 lakh crore were signed during the Defence Expo or DefExpo 2022 at Gandhinagar, a senior official said. During the valedictory function of the 12th edition of DefExpo at the Mahatma Mandir convention centre, Defence Secretary Ajay Kumar informed the audience that it had broken previous records in terms of business generation.
