ROME (BNS): SuperJet International has signed a $300 million MoU with Willis Lease Finance Corporation of Novato for the delivery of 10 Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ 100) aircraft.
Under the contract, the company will buy six of the 98-seat aircraft, with the placement of options on another four.
The delivery of the first SSJ 100 aircraft is scheduled for September 2012.
SuperJet International is a joint venture between Alenia Aeronautica (a Finmeccanica company) and Sukhoi Holding.
