MOSCOW (BNS): Russia's T-50 fifth generation fighter aircraft and Su-35S multirole fighters will enthrall the audience by showcasing their brilliant flying abilities during the biennial MAKS international airshow which begins on Tuesday at the Zhukovsky air field near Moscow.
The Sukhoi-made warplanes will display complex and spectacular aerial manoeuvres such as the spatial barrels, somersaults, flat spin, the famous "Pugachev's Cobra" and others stunning aerobatics, the aircraft maker said.
While the Su-35S made its first public appearance at the MAKS-2009 air show, it made its overseas debut at the Paris Air Show in June 2013.
The T-50 FGFA made its first public appearance at the MAKS-2011 air show in Zhukovsky.
Russia is hosting the MAKS International Aviation and Space show from August 27 and September 1.
China, for the first time, will display its J-10 fourth-generation fighter aircraft at the air show. The PLA Air Force fighters will make their first international aerial display during the event.
Other Russian aircraft which will showcase their spectacular flying skills during the event include the Su-27P and Su-27UB of the "Russian Knights" and the Su-27s of the "Russian Falcons" the aerobatic teams of the Russian Air Force.
Another aerobatics team of the Russian Air Force, "Golden Eagles", will perform aerobatics by flying six Mi-28N attack helicopters for the first time during the event.
