Seoul International Aerospace & Defense Exhibition 2011
The 8th exhibition of Seoul International Aerospace & Defense Exhibition 2011' will be held at the Seoul Airport from October 18th to 23rd, 2011.
The show is organised with the support of South Korean government. The government is also forming a national support policy to promote the exhibition as the most representative aerospace and defence exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region.
In 2009, overall 273 companies from 27 countries and around 30,000 visitors participated-the biggest totals since the event's debut in 1996.
With 72 VIPs from 41 countries in attendance, the event resulted in US$6 billion worth of deals and memorandums of understanding (MOUs). Seminars, conferences and official events, as well as new ground equipment maneuver, were successfully held and attracted high praise and participation.
This year, Seoul Aerospace & Defense Exhibition will serve the prime role for promoting the aerospace industry of South Korea.
The co-organizing office will promote foreign companies related to the Aerospace Industry Primary Plan and invite important decision makers of aerospace and defense industry as VIPs, based on the exhibitors' preferences.
Various seminars related to the aerospace and defence industry will be held during the exhibition.
