Seoul ADEX 2013


Seoul International Aerospace & Defence Exhibition (ADEX) 2013 will be held at KINTEX Exhibition Center, Seoul, South Korea from 29 October to 3 November 2013.

The Seoul ADEX 2013 is organised by Co-Organsing Office with the Prime Minister of S Korea as Chairman, Minister of National Defence, Minister of Trade Industry Energy, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport as Co-Chairman, and Korea Aerospace Industries Association (KAIA), Korea Defence Industry Association (KDIA), Korea Trade-Invertment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) as the host.

In January 2010, the S Korean govt. announced its 'Aerospace Industry Primary Plan', which aims to elevate S Korea to one of the G-7 in the aerospace industry, with selected major development programmes including the International Joint Development Programme for Regional Aircraft, the Next Generation Fighter Programme, the KAH (Korea Attack Helicopter) Programme, and the MRO Programme.

Therefore, to provide more business opportunities with exhi-bitors, the Co-organising Office will promote foreign companies related to the Aerospace Industry Primary Plan and also invite important decision makers of the aerospace and defence industry as VIPs based on the exhibitor's preference.

The last Seoul International Aerospace & Defence Exhibition was held with 314 exhibitors from 31 countries and about 100 thousands of trade visitors.

The international exhibition is supported by Ministry of National Defence, Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Security and Public Adaministration, Defence Acquisition Programme Administration, etc.
