POCA, WEST VIRGINIA (BNS): Clark International Logistics of Poca has secured a $5.1 million contract with US Army to repair and refurbish armoured personnel carriers.
The contract is with the Army’s Tank and Automotive Command (TACOM). The yearlong contract will be serviced out of Clark International’s corporate headquarters in Poca, and at armed forces facilities in Beirut, Lebanon.
"We are the first small business to receive a contract of this type for this vehicle," Clark Thompson, development director at Clark International, was quoted as saying in the company news release.
Clark International Logistics refurbishes, upgrades and retrofits military vehicles and equipment.
