NEW DELHI (PTI): Indian Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar will leave on a four-day official visit to South Korea on Tuesday during which the 'Make-in-India' initiative will be under focus.

"Talks will include wide-ranging subjects including collaborations in defence products," Parrikar said.

Interacting with reporters, he said Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is also sending a business delegation.

This would be his second overseas visit. He had last month undertaken a visit to Japan.

Enhancement of bilateral military ties between India and South Korea will also be discussed, including the possibility of increasing exchanges of personnel and joint exercises.

Defence sources said that India is keen on discussing projects that will involve South Korean companies setting up shops and producing defence-related equipment.
