COLOMBO (PTI): Pakistan Air Force chief Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt arrived in Sri Lanka on Wednesday on a three day visit to boost bilateral defence ties.
During his visit Butt will call on President Mahinda Rajapaksa, Secretary to the Ministry of Defence and Urban Development Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
Butt will hold talks with his Lankan counterpart Kolitha Gunathilake and other senior defence officials.
The visit of the Pakistani Air Chief underscores the friendly cooperation between the two countries and it also provides an opportunity to further broaden the ties, Air force officials said.
