Lockheed Martin team selected for US Army contracting vehicle

ALEXANDRIA (BNS): US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) has selected a team led by Lockheed Martin to compete for future task orders under the INSCOM OMNIBUS-III contracting vehicle.

“Lockheed Martin is thrilled to be selected by INSCOM. The team is positioned to deliver innovative solutions and analytic subject matter expertise in support of Army Intelligence missions," Bob Kramer, Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Services-Defence’s vice president for Operational Systems & Services, said in a company statement.

Lockheed Martin will compete with six other companies for the $492 million future task orders contract, for over the course of five years.

OMNIBUS-III is a multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract, established by INSCOM to create the procurement framework for delivering dedicated intelligence and technical support to the US Army INSCOM and its major subordinate commands, as well as other customers across the federal government.
