LIMA '11


The 11th edition of Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace exhibition (LIMA ’11) will be held from 6th to 10th December 2011 in Pulau Langkawi, Malaysia.

LIMA ’11 is expected to attract 500 companies and over 50,000 trade and public visitors from all over the world.

The event is said to be a unique showcase for both the aerospace and maritime industries in the fast-expanding Asian commercial aviation, airport and defence markets.

This year, LIMA will focus on the major segment like Helicopter Industry, UAVs, Littoral Combat Ships etc that are in line with the market.

The first four days of LIMA 2011 will be exclusively for trade professionals and visiting official delegations, while the last day will be open for general public.

In 2009, overall 325 companies from 25 countries participated at the event covering a total area of 6,695 square metres. Major countries like Malaysia, Italy, Russia, France, UK, Germany, South Korea, Netherland, United State and Belarus were present at the event.
