Kazakhstan will host the fourth edition of the International Exhibition of weapons systems and military equipment "KADEX 2016" in Astana city from 2 - 5 June, 2016.

The event will be organised by Kazakhstan's Ministry of Defence.

The exhibition aims at providing a promising platform to the global defence industry to showcase and promote the latest advancements in military weapons and systems.

It also aims to widen the sphere of military-technical collaboration between Kazakhstan and other countries as also to provide an opportunity to the domestic defence enterprise to exhibit its products for the Kazakh Armed Forces and also for the foreign market.

The first edition of the biannual defence show was held in 2010.
