Iran unveils new indigenously-built UAV


The new UAV, dubbed Hamaseh (Valiance).

TEHRAN (BNS): Iran has recently unveiled a radar-evading unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) capable of carrying out both surveillance and attack missions, according to news report by Press TV.

"This drone has been built by defense industry experts and is simultaneously capable of surveillance, reconnaissance and missile and rocket attacks," Iranian Defence Minister Brig. Gen. Ahmad Vahidi was quoted as saying in the report.

The new UAV, dubbed Hamaseh (Valiance), with its stealth quality can avoid detection by the enemy.
