NEW DELHI (BNS): The Indian Army and Singapore Army have begun a month-long joint exercise named 'Bold Kurukshetra' at Babina in Jhansi, media reports said.
The exercise began on March 1 and will continue till March 29. It will involve multi-tiered planning, use of new generation equipment and joint execution of mission by artillery batteries and combat groups, a PTI report said.
The two armies would also hone up their skills in anti-militancy exercises, it said.
'Bold Kurukshetra' is held every year between Indian and Singaporean armies. Singapore Army sends its armoured divisions to India and practices with Indian Armoured divisions.
