IMDS 2015

The 7th edition of the International Maritime Defence Show (IMDS-2015) will be held in St. Petersburg, Russia from 1st to 5th July 2015.

The biennial naval exhibition will be organised by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, with participation by the Russian Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation, the Government of St. Petersburg and Rosoboronexport OJSC.

As one of the major military expositions in the field of shipbuilding and naval armament, IMDS, which has been held since 2003, has provided a broad platform to the Russian as well as global marine industry enterprises to showcase their cutting-edge naval platforms, equipment and systems.

Besides displaying the maritime systems, IMDS-2015 will also include live firing demonstration of naval equipment and armament, like its previous edition held in 2013.

A total of 457 enterprises from 31 countries took part in IMDS 2013, among which 89 enterprises were from foreign countries.
