HOMSEC - An international trade show, dedicated to technologies for Defence and Security, will be held in Madrid from 12 to 15 March. In 2013 it will hold its fourth edition, cementing its status as the principal trade show in Spain for those in the defence and security industry.

HOMSEC is:

• A forum where governments, companies and centres of R&D and innovation can present needs and offer solutions.
• Meeting point for OEMs and suppliers of products, systems and services for public administrations, security forces and armed forces around the world.
• An opportunity for Spanish and European firms to network with Latin American, African and Asian companies.

Building on its past success, HOMSEC 2013 will involve a greater number of visitors and exhibitors than ever before. The trade show will also be complimented by new activities, such as:

• 2nd Atenea International Congress, focusing on security and defence
• Extensive program of workshops and presentations on defence and security
• Technical workshops on simulation, nanotechnology and new materials
• Dedicated space for one-on-one business meetings
• Forum to showcase products and companies
