Elbit Systems to supply communication systems

HAIFA, ISRAEL (BNS): Elbit Systems Monday said it was awarded a contract valued at EUR17.7 million to provide a European Ministry of Defense with advanced tactical communication systems.

The communication systems to be delivered to be delivered during 2011- 2012 are Tadiran CNR 9000 and Tadiran HF 6000. These tactical radio systems offer voice and high data rate transfer and are considered the industry's leading technology.

Elbit Systems Ltd. is an international defense electronics company which operates in the areas of communications, computers, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance ("C4ISR"), military communications systems and radios.
