The Dubai Airshow, to be held from 17 to 21 November 2013, will take place at Dubai World Central this year. The show focuses on connecting buyers to sellers from all over the globe.
The new venue at DWC will feature a purpose-built site for the Airshow, improved parking and catering facilities as well as a larger static park.
The Dubai air show 2011 recorded orders worth a whopping USD 63.3 billion according to organisers.
This year's show will build on the overwhelming success of the last event which drew 56,548 trade visitors from around the world along with 960 exhibitors from 50 countries and 1,452 international and regional media.
The air show is organised by "F&E Aerospace" in cooperation with the Government of Dubai, the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, Dubai Airports and in collaboration with the UAE Armed Forces. It began as the Arab Air Show in 1986 and comprised a small civil aviation trade show at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
