The 9th edition of "Defexpo India", the biennial Land, Naval and Internal Homeland Security Systems Exhibition, will be held at Naqueri Quitol in Quepem Taluka, South Goa, from 28th to 31st March 2016.

The grand military exposition, being organised for the first time in the exquisite Western state of Goa, is expected to draw a large number of leading global defence & aerospace companies displaying their modern state-of-the-art military technology, systems & platforms at the event.

Pegged as one of Asia's biggest Defence shows, Defexpo India will also provide a promising platform to the hundreds of indigenous defence & aerospace manufacturers, both small, medium & large, to exhibit their latest technologies and products, and thus enthusing energy into the grand "Make-In-India" drive towards India's ultimate goal of Defence Indigenisation.

The previous edition of the event, held in February 2014, recorded an unprecedented growth in foreign as well as domestic companies' participation over its previous editions. An impressive 232 foreign companies from 32 countries participated in the show along with 15 country pavilions
