PANAJI (PTI): OIS Advanced Technology (OIS-AT), manufacturer of technologies across defence and homeland security, is set to display its portfolio of advanced technology dual-use radar system at Defence Expo India in Goa which started on Monday.
"OIS-AT is set to showcase its portfolio of advanced technology dual-use Radar Systems at DefExpo 2016. Under development and manufacture for a number of years, each system fulfils a unique user requirement, these radars truly underline the 'Make-in-India' campaign," a company spokesperson said on Monday.
"A breakthrough for the Indian aerospace and defence sector, these advanced radar systems are designed, developed and manufactured entirely by OIS-AT. The four advanced surveillance radar systems leverage advanced technology developments that are under patent filings," he said.
"Designed for domestic and global market requirements and as the owner of the Intellectual Property, OIS-AT is accelerating its global sales initiatives. We are particularly featuring our foliage penetration and dismount, Improvised Explosive Device (IED) and mine detection airborne," he said.
OIS-AT is also showing its range of complex border and homeland security solutions, and is offering what is probably the largest range of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) in India.
"Making in India, developing IP, and globally marketing its Indian manufactured products. We are looking to expand our global technology collaborations to pursue a broader range of collaborations, founded on advanced technologies, to serve the Indian military user," he said.
