MOSCOW (BNS): The Blackseafor warship from the Black sea naval group will start its annual military exercise from Wednesday, a media report said.
The exercise will be conducted in Black sea from 11th to 30th August, 2010.
The three-week drills will include tactical manoeuvring by surface warships, air defence and communication.
According to RIA Novosti, the Russian Navy will be represented by Black Sea Fleet's RFS Yamal large landing ship which left Sevastopol for the Romanian port of Constanta on Tuesday.
The Blackseafor was formally established in 2001by the Black sea countries for maintaining stability and peace in the region, promoting cooperation and strengthening mutual understanding among them.
