BRAHMOS, world's only supersonic cruise missile system with its unique features, has given the Indian armed forces a distinct prowess to fight and defeat the enemy in modern-day warfare. The missile is the fusion of great scientific minds of two countries -- India and Russia -- that have helped in designing and developing a world-class weapon system with unmatched capabilities.
To deliberate on the potentiality of this unique weapon system, Amity University, which is hosting a three-day Youth Festival in its campus from February 9-11, will organise a debate-cum-discussion among the varsity students.
The students of the Institute's Space Science and Technology and Aerospace Engineering will speak on the topic - BRAHMOS: The Game Changer in the Emerging War Theatre, on February 10.
A group of panelists from BrahMos Aerospace and Amity University will adjudge three best students who will be awarded certificates and mementos by BrahMos.
Brahmand.com, an initiative of BrahMos Aerospace, will cover the event on the scheduled day.
