PUNE (PTI): Air Chief Marshal Anup Raha on Saturday reviewed the passing out parade of the 126th course of National Defence Academy (NDA) here, and complimented the institute for imparting fine training to the cadets, groomed as potential military leaders of the armed forces.

Praising contribution of the instructors and staff of NDA for their dedication and commitment, Raha said the academy at Khadakwasla near here was doing a commendable job of "nurturing, mentoring and grooming" the cadets into potential leaders of the Army, Navy and Air Force.

A fly past by Chetak helicopters marked the impressively turned out parade which culminated into a grand finale with formations of Jaguars and Su-30 fighters.

Cadet captain Rahul Kadian won the President's gold medal among the 365 cadets who passed out on Saturday.
