BANGALORE (PTI): Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal N A K Browne, Thursday said the Airforce was going through dynamic changes and emphasised on IAF's misson statement 'People first and Mission always'.
The Mission statement needs to be translated into an action plan and to be adhered strictly for desired outcome to fructify, he said addressing the Air Force Training Commanders' Conference here.
He also delved upon the significance and importance of mentoring and counsellings, an official release said here.
Browne, who interacted with the Commanders, urged them to continually strive towards excellence in taking the IAF to greater heights.
He was given a ceremonial Guard of Honour.
Later he paid homage to Martyrs and laid a wreath at the War Memorial.
The Air Chief was also introduced to the Station Commanders of Training Command and briefed about the discussions held during the conference.
