Defence Minister applauds BRAHMOS supersonic cruise missile at Defexpo 2020

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh being briefed about the BRAHMOS missile system by Dr. Sudhir Kumar Mishra, DS & DG (BrahMos), DRDO and CEO & MD, BrahMos Aerospace.

LUCKNOW (BNS): Defence Minister of India Shri Rajnath Singh today applauded the 'world-class' BRAHMOS supersonic cruise missile system at the ongoing DefExpo 2020 exhibition being held in Lucknow, the capital city of Uttar Pradesh.
 
The Defence Minister was apprised of the landmark achievements made by the universal BRAHMOS supersonic cruise missile system by Dr. Sudhir Kumar Mishra, DS & DG (BrahMos), DRDO and CEO & MD, BrahMos Aerospace.

BrahMos Aerospace is exhibiting the formidable weapon system along with other ‘Make In India’ products and systems at its pavilion in DefExpo 2020.

A joint venture product between India’s DRDO and Russia’s NPOM, BRAHMOS has established its supremacy as the fastest and deadliest precision strike weapon in the world. The highly versatile missile has been successfully operationalised in the Indian Army, Navy and Air Force.
